Pemberitahuan Pelanggaran Hak Cipta (Copyright Notice)

Kami memandang serius setiap dugaan pelanggaran hak cipta dan akan mengambil langkah yang diperlukan untuk melindungi hak-hak pemegang hak cipta yang sah.

Apabila Anda adalah pemilik sah dari suatu karya yang ditampilkan di situs kami dan merasa bahwa karya tersebut digunakan tanpa izin, Anda wajib memberikan pemberitahuan tertulis kepada kami agar kami dapat mengidentifikasi konten yang dimaksud dan segera mengambil tindakan.

Kami tidak dapat melakukan tindakan apa pun tanpa informasi yang lengkap. Oleh karena itu, jika Anda yakin bahwa karya Anda telah digunakan secara melanggar hak cipta, silakan kirimkan pemberitahuan tertulis kepada Tim Hak Cipta Zona Healthy dengan memuat informasi berikut:

1. Tanda tangan fisik atau elektronik dari pihak yang berwenang mewakili pemilik hak cipta.

2. Identifikasi karya berhak cipta yang diklaim telah dilanggar, atau jika terdapat banyak karya dalam satu situs, daftar representatif karya-karya tersebut.

3. Identifikasi materi yang melanggar atau menjadi objek pelanggaran yang diminta untuk dihapus atau dibatasi aksesnya, beserta informasi yang cukup untuk memungkinkan kami menemukan materi tersebut.

4. Informasi kontak yang memadai, seperti alamat, nomor telepon, dan email yang dapat dihubungi.

5. Pernyataan itikad baik bahwa penggunaan karya sebagaimana dilaporkan tidak diizinkan oleh pemilik hak cipta, perwakilan, atau hukum yang berlaku.

6. Pernyataan kebenaran informasi, bahwa laporan dibuat dengan sebenarnya, dan pihak pelapor memiliki kewenangan sah untuk bertindak mewakili pemilik hak cipta.

We take copyright violations very seriously and are committed to protecting the rights of legitimate copyright owners.

If you are the rightful owner of copyrighted material that appears on our website and you believe it has been used without authorization, you must notify us in writing so that we can identify the allegedly infringing content and take appropriate action.

3. Identification of the infringing material or the subject of infringing activity that is to be removed or access to which is to be restricted, along with sufficient information to help us locate the material.

4. Sufficient contact information, such as a physical address, telephone number, and email address of the complaining party.

5. A good faith statement that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its representative, or the applicable law.

6. A statement of accuracy, declaring that the information provided is true, and under penalty of law, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
