Terms and Conditions (Syarat dan Ketentuan)

Selamat datang di situs web Zonahealthy yang beralamat di https://www.zonahealthy.com (“Situs” ini), yang dimiliki oleh Zonahealthy (“kami”). Harap baca halaman ini dengan seksama sebelum menggunakan Situs ini. Dengan mengakses atau menggunakan Situs ini dalam bentuk apa pun, Anda setuju untuk terikat dengan syarat, ketentuan, kebijakan, dan pemberitahuan yang tercantum di halaman ini (“Syarat dan Ketentuan”), termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada transaksi yang dilakukan secara elektronik.

Syarat dan Ketentuan ini berlaku sejak 27-08-2025.

1. PENGELOLAAN KONTEN

Seluruh konten dalam Situs ini adalah milik Zonahealthy © 2025. Semua hak dilindungi undang-undang. Situs ini memuat materi berhak cipta, merek dagang, logo, foto, teks, gambar, video, grafik, tata letak, serta desain tampilan yang dilindungi berdasarkan hukum hak cipta.

Kecuali sebagaimana diizinkan dalam Syarat ini, Anda dilarang menggunakan, memodifikasi, memperbanyak, menyebarkan, mempublikasikan ulang, mentransmisikan, membuat karya turunan, atau mengeksploitasi sebagian maupun seluruh konten dari Situs tanpa izin tertulis dari Zonahealthy.

2. PENAFIAN KONSELING MEDIS

Informasi dalam Situs ini tidak boleh dijadikan pengganti saran medis profesional dari dokter atau tenaga kesehatan berlisensi.

  • Jika Anda memiliki pertanyaan medis, segera konsultasikan dengan dokter.

  • Jika Anda mengalami kondisi medis serius, segera cari bantuan medis darurat.

  • Jangan pernah mengabaikan atau menunda nasihat medis hanya karena membaca informasi di Situs ini.

Zonahealthy tidak bertanggung jawab atas tindakan atau keputusan yang Anda ambil berdasarkan informasi di situs ini. Informasi yang tersedia hanya bersifat umum, dapat berubah, dan mungkin tidak relevan dengan kondisi Anda.

3. PERLINDUNGAN PRIVASI ANAK

Situs ini tidak ditujukan untuk anak di bawah usia 13 tahun. Kami tidak secara sengaja mengumpulkan data pribadi dari anak di bawah umur tersebut.

  • Jika Anda berusia di bawah 13 tahun, jangan berikan data pribadi apa pun melalui Situs ini.

  • Zonahealthy tidak mengontrol, mengedit, atau memantau konten di Situs Terkait.

  • Zonahealthy tidak bertanggung jawab atas isi, kebijakan, maupun kerugian akibat penggunaan Situs Terkait.

  • Segala risiko akibat penggunaan tautan eksternal sepenuhnya menjadi tanggung jawab Anda.

5. KETENTUAN HAK CIPTA (DMCA)

Jika Anda merasa hak cipta Anda dilanggar di Situs ini, Anda dapat mengajukan pemberitahuan sesuai Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

6. KEBIJAKAN TRANSPARANSI (California Transparency Act)

Zonahealthy berkomitmen untuk menjaga standar kerja yang adil, aman, dan bebas dari praktik kerja paksa maupun pekerja anak.

  • Semua mitra kerja diwajibkan mematuhi Kode Etik Zonahealthy, yang merujuk pada standar internasional seperti ILO Conventions dan ETI Base Code.

  • Penggunaan subkontraktor hanya diperbolehkan dengan persetujuan tertulis dari Zonahealthy.

  • Bahan baku yang digunakan wajib berasal dari sumber yang sesuai dengan regulasi ketenagakerjaan setempat.

7. TANPA JAMINAN (NO WARRANTIES)

Situs ini disediakan “apa adanya” (as is) tanpa jaminan apa pun. Zonahealthy tidak menjamin bahwa:

  • Situs akan selalu tersedia.

  • Informasi di Situs sepenuhnya benar, lengkap, atau bebas kesalahan.

8. BATASAN TANGGUNG JAWAB

Zonahealthy tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian apa pun, baik langsung maupun tidak langsung, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada:

  • Kehilangan pendapatan, data, reputasi, atau hubungan bisnis.

  • Kerusakan akibat penggunaan atau ketidakmampuan menggunakan Situs.

  • Konten komentar pengguna di Situs (tanggung jawab ada pada penulis komentar).

Jika ada tanggung jawab yang berlaku, jumlah maksimal ganti rugi hanya sebatas nilai produk/jasa yang Anda beli melalui Situs.

9. KEBIJAKAN YANG WAJAR

Dengan menggunakan Situs ini, Anda dianggap setuju bahwa seluruh batasan tanggung jawab di atas adalah wajar. Jika tidak setuju, silakan hentikan penggunaan Situs ini.

Jika ada bagian dari Syarat ini yang tidak berlaku menurut hukum, bagian lainnya tetap berlaku dan mengikat.

11. HUKUM YANG BERLAKU

Penggunaan Situs ini diatur oleh hukum Republik Indonesia.
Setiap klaim atau perselisihan yang timbul dari penggunaan Situs ini harus diajukan ke pengadilan yang berwenang di Indonesia dalam waktu maksimal satu (1) tahun sejak klaim muncul.

12. PERNYATAAN PERSETUJUAN

Dengan menggunakan Situs ini, Anda menyatakan bahwa:

  • Anda telah membaca, memahami, dan menyetujui Syarat dan Ketentuan ini.

  • Syarat ini memiliki kekuatan hukum yang sama dengan perjanjian tertulis.

Zonahealthy berhak mengubah Syarat dan Ketentuan sewaktu-waktu.

  • Perubahan akan diumumkan melalui halaman ini.

  • Dengan terus menggunakan Situs setelah ada perubahan, Anda dianggap menyetujui versi terbaru.

  • Zonahealthy juga berhak membatasi atau menghentikan akses ke Situs tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu.
